  • Sessions are either 60 minutes long and a half day workshop has a couple of short 10 minute breaks.

    If you want monthly break through sessions email me first to make a plan.

  • The sessions are the same whether we do this in person or on line. Energy is transferred similar to the speed of light. There is no time and space inbetween.

    Virtual means you get to do this from the comfort of your own home.

    Its totally up to you. Book in and we can work out logistics.

  • You get an all-in-one portal for resources relevant to your sessions, notes on integration assignments to stay on track, and a journal practice to inspire deeper transformation.

    With a strong foundation established, this 4 hours session allows us to deepen the work. We'll gently nurture and integrate the new energy patterns you've begin to cultivate. This phase is about embracing self-love, co-creating with the Universe, and witnessing the blossoming of your true potential.

    • Commitment is Key: This transformative journey thrives on dedication. To fully harness the power of Akwah Aura's sessions, arrive with an open mind and heart to lasting change.

    • Schedule a drop in session: Before doing a half day workshop, schedule a short session to discuss your goals and compliment your journey.

    • Virtual sessions: Our sessions are conducted in a safe and secure online space via Zoom. Find a quiet, comfortable space for your session, ensuring a strong internet connection and freedom from distractions.

      In person it will depend on logistics. We can find a solution that works best for your workshop.

    • Confidentiality & Privacy: Your sessions are a sacred space. Recordings are not permitted; however, journaling after your session is highly encouraged. Rest assured, everything discussed remains confidential.

    • Respecting Your Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session. Excessive tardiness (more than 15 minutes) may result in session forfeiture and require a 24-hour cancellation notice to reschedule. Please notify Akwah Aura of any cancellation requests by email.
